We have elaborated a memorandum on concepts and on previous work carried out by Euromontana on positive externalities. We strongly encourage all participants to read the memorandum before the conference. Click here to see the memorandum in EN.

 

Languages of the conference: English, French, Spanish, Basque. Please refer to the agenda for the languages of the workshops.

Access

To come to Arantzazu:
    -
For participants taking part in the study tour: the bus will depart from Bilbao ("Nervion" hotel) on
14 October at 8.30 am– arrival in Arantzazu after the visits at around 4 pm. People participating in the study tour and coming with their own vehicules will have to meet also in Hotel Nervion and to follow the bus up to a meeting point where cars will be left for the day. the bus will come back there after the study visits so that people can get their cars back to join Arantzazu.

The number of participants to the study visits is limited - Registration mandatory. THE STUDY TOUR IS COMPLETE!

    - For participants to the conference who will not take part in the study tour: transfer by bus will be organised during the afternoon on 14 October between the Bilbao Airport and hotels in Arantzazu and nearby cities of Oñati and Arrasate.

Departure after the conference:
    - Transfer
on 16 October for departure from Arantzazu to Bilbao airport.

Participants who wish to use the transfer service must register and communicate their arrival time (see registration form).


Hotels

Some hotels from Arantzazu and the surrounding villages have been pre-booked for the conference. Their contact details are available in a list you can downlaod here: hotel list Arantzazu. You can proceed to your hotel booking by sending this reservation form (EN/FR/ES/BA) to the hotel of your choice, allowing you to benefit from preferential rates for the conferene.  Thank you for indicating us your choice of hotel when filling in the registration form of the conference.

The number of hotel rooms being limited, we recomand you to share rooms if possible.
