Good news for Euromontana: funding of two Interreg IV C projects

We have yesterday received positive news regarding two Interreg IV C projects in which Euromontana will be partner. The two projects were submitted in April 2011, and belong to the 82 proposals approved (from a total of 350 proposals submitted), under the conditions that the requirement of the Technical secretariat is taken into account during the negociation phase. The two projects to which Euromontana will participate in 2012 are the following:

• MOG - Move on Green. 2 years project under the sub-priority "energie and sustainable transport", with 13 partners. Lead partner: Provincial government of Teruel. Objective: to improve the design and effectiveness of regional policies on sustainable transport in rural areas, through an exchange of experiences aimed at fostering sustainable mobility from the environmental, social and economic points of view.
• DANTE – Digital Agenda for New Tourism Approach in European Rural and Mountain Areas. 2.5 years project under the sub-priority "the Information Society" with 14 partners. Lead partner: Provincia di Torino. Objective: to improve the effectiveness of the regional policies in the area of Innovation, by enhancing the key enabling role that Information Society can play in the tourism economy of rural and mountain areas.
