Seminar in the frame of GMES4Region initiative

A seminar will be organized in the framework of the GMES4Region initiative on October 8th: "Bringing GMES and region closer". GMES4 Region stands for Global Monitoring for Environment and Security in European regions (powered by GRAAL and DORIS_Net, and supported by the European Commission).
