Greening of CAP Pillar 1 payments – can it be done better and simpler?

The European Network of Heads of Nature Conservation Agencies (ENCAnet) is organising a seminar on the simplification of the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) linked with the need to improve the funding for the maintenance and enhancement of biodiversity in farmland areas.
