Today ERSAF is attending the Forum Origin, Diversity and Territories in Turin, Italy.
The international discussion addresses the interaction between local identity, origin, quality and diversity as an opportunity for territorial development. Tools such as Geographical Indications or Mountain Product Indications are fundamental to promote the values and peculiarities of evolving territories such as mountain areas.

Creative Europe
Creative Europe success stories – Tramontana network

This project aims to preserve Europe's intangible cultural heritage.

Gathering 8 partners in 5 European countries - France, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Poland, it documents and shares information on environmental, agricultural, tourist and socio-ethnic heritage in rural and mountain communities. This is essential for sustainable tourism, academic records and the passing-on of knowledge between generations.

Engagement of local communities was a key component throughout the project, This is also a priority of the European year of Cultural Heritage.
