The CAP communication “the Future of Food and Farming” has been released !

As expected, the new CAP communication entitled “The Future of Food Farming” was adopted by the European Commission and officially presented on Wednesday 29th November 2017 during a press conference in Brussels with Phil Hogan, Commissioner for Agriculture and Rural Development and Jyrki Katainen, Vice-President in charge of Jobs, Growth, Investment and Competitiveness.

The draft Communication had, nevertheless, already been released the last week of October. Euromontana published an article focusing on the main points of the draft text and on their impact for mountain areas.
