As every year since 2002, the 11th of December will be celebrated as the International Mountain Day.

The Mountain Partnership of FAO, responsible for the celebrations, invites all organisations to organise events or actions around the theme “Celebrating Mountain life”.On this particular day, the Euromontana Board of Directors will meet at the European Economic and Social Committee, with the support of the Employers’ group, to discussion the action of the network for the four years to come.

Why not organising an event yourself on December 11th?

Logos as well as a poster and information material can be downloaded from the mountain partnership website. To see all material, click here.
