Cooperation is an integral part of the local development strategy of the LAG Pays Dignois (Alpes de Hautes Provence – France) during the LEADER 2007 – 2013 programming period. The LAG Pays Dignois was involved in the transnational cooperation project “International Market for local products”.

This project started in 2010 and now comprises six other European territories: LAG Zuid Twente (the Netherlands), LAG Puy du Velay (France), LAG Savannah (French Guyana), LAG Jeune Loire (France), LAG Tara Vrancei (Romania) and LAG Vorumaa (Estonia).

On 9th October 2014, all LAG partners meet on Place Jean Rey in Brussels to close the project. During the Open Days, each participating territory will present and sell local produce. The LAG Pays Dignois will be represented by a delegation of 17 persons including policy-makers, technicians and producers to present their mountain products. On the market, the French producers will present: honey, pate, cosmetics products with lavender, ceramic objects, figurines.

We will be delighted to see you on this market and we invite you to taste our local products.
