Etiquetage des produits de montagne et dimension socioculturelle

Cette semaine, Euromontana s’intéresse aux perceptions des consommateurs concernant les produits de montagne et balaye différents schémas et pratiques d’étiquetage. Ce 5ème et dernier article, basé sur l’étude “étiquetage des produits agricoles et alimentaires issus de l’agriculture de montagne” réalisé par la DG AGRI, détaille les valeurs culturelles et environnementales des produits de montagne selon le point de vue des consommateurs. Cet article présente aussi différentes pratiques commerciales et schémas d’étiquetage, des labels publics aux marques privées.
