We are pleased to announce that SENSUM ltd. has recently joined Euromontana! They expect to exchange with other members on economic development, territorial cohesion and climate change and to collaborate through European-funded projects focused on climate resilience.

Annie Benarous, member of the Euromontana Senate, passed away in October 2022, leaving behind an immense legacy for the defence of Europe’s mountains.

MountResilience (Accelerating transformative climate adaptation for higher resilience in European mountain regions) targets mountain territories and their communities to help them adapt to climate change.

We are thrilled to announce that the Federazione Trentina della Cooperazione (FTC) has recently joined Euromontana! FTC becomes our 64th member, further expanding our network in the Alps. Based in Trento, Italy, FTC is the only representative organisation of the cooperative movement in the province of Trento.

The platform gathers information and resources for rural communities facing population loss, ageing and demographic decline. A wide range of stakeholders are invited to use the platform, from regional and local authorities to Local Action Groups, national CAP networks and any rural stakeholders working to revitalise their territory.
