This booklet presents 11 inspiring initiatives from all over Europe (EU and non-EU), collected by Euromontana to promote initiatives that drive change and sustainable transformation in mountain areas.
The brochure covers key issues relevant to sustainable development in Europe’s mountains, from agriculture and rural development to youth, sustainable energy and ecosystem restoration, among others.
It aims to provide inspiration on practices, ideas or even funding sources, and to encourage their transfer and adaptation in other regions.
