Event site
The conference will be held in Sallanches, in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region.
An intermediate urban centre located about 20 kilometres from Chamonix and 50 kilometres from Geneva, Sallanches is an Alpine crossroads and an ideal starting point for exploring the Alps.

Accommodation
The town of Sallanches and the surrounding area offer a wide range of hotels and accommodation options, but please note that public transport links are limited. A shuttle service will be provided to organise transfers between the recommended accommodation listed below and the main conference venue.
If you are travelling by car and wish to stay in a different hotel, or if your accommodation is not located directly in Sallanches, there is a car park near the conference venue. Please consider car-sharing or travelling by train/bus between the surrounding towns where possible.
